AFTER CARE:Â How do I care for my piece?
Once you pickup your piece, please handle it carefully and carry with two hands as these pieces are delicate in nature. Do not apply pressure to the pieces by putting anything on top of them. Lay flat in your trunk or car seat. If your piece comes wrapped, please unwrap it once home and lay flat until hung.
SHIPPING:Â Do you ship?
We do not ship our products. It is local pickup only.
We are located North Brampton ( L7A - Wanless and Creditview).
We will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time that works for both parties.
RETURNS: Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Depending on the situation, we may be able to transfer the deposit to a new piece as long as the original piece has not been designed yet. We do not accept returns for our signs as they are custom made but will work with our client to rectify any issue and ensure you are happy with the product.
MATERIALS: What is my sign made of?
All name cutouts are cut using high quality 5/8 thick maple ply.
Name Rounds are made from aspen, pine or maple 1/2' plywood depending on if they will be stained or painted.
All lettering is cut using 5/8' maple plwood.
Round backers may be stained or painted.
Lettering or name cutouts are always spray painted for a flawless finish. We do not offer stain as an option for lettering or name cutouts. You may choose to leave it natural maple wood if you desire a grainy look.
How do I hang my sign?
How our clients choose to hang their sings is their choice. However, our rounds, monograms & sport logos come with a sawtooth hook drilled into the back. Please use extra care when hanging over a crib or bed to ensure optimal saftey - some command strips can be placed on the back for extra security.

For our 'name cutouts', clients typically use 3M command/velcro strips (not included). Ensure that you map out where you want it on the wall prior to sticking it on as it may be difficult to remove later. Prying it off the wall may risk breaking the name cutout. Another option to avoid damaging the wall or the cutout is using small nails and hanging the name off them (can only be done with script font, not stick letters).
How tall will my name cutout be?
The height of our name cutouts will depend on the font you select and the length of the name you are ordering. Exact height measurements can be provided once the mockup has been approved.
How can I order my business logo or a design I don't see on your website?
You can purchase a custom sign deposit and enter the details of what you want to order in the description box. Once we receive the order, we will be able to contact you and iron out the details regarding your particular logo, which will depend on the details involved.
Can I pay to get my order faster?
All orders are completed on a first come first serve basis from the moment our deposit spots go on sale. If you need your order RUSHED please specify this in your sign details. A $50 fee will apply to have it rushed within a month. A $100 fee to have it rushed within a week (if even possible). Please email directly if this is the case.
Is paint and or stain included in the price?
Yes, all of our standard spray paints and stains are included in the price of your piece. If you choose to select a metallic paint option, there will be an additional charge of $20.
Can I change the design of my piece after I approved the mock up?
After the client approves their sign mockup we begin creating the physical piece. As such, we do not often redesign. Depending on the circumstance we may be able to with a $30 re-design fee.
